About
“My interest in pelvic health started early on as I realized just how many people struggle with hidden health concerns. I discovered the integral role the pelvic floor plays in our daily quality of life, and wanted to be part of the movement to de-stigmatize, advocate, and truly make a difference for those living with pelvic health dysfunction. I want to help close the huge gap that currently exists in our healthcare system, and can’t think of a better way to do it. I have a special interest in getting you back to sport/activity due to my background in martial arts and other various sports.
Whether it’s your very first physiotherapy appointment or you’re a seasoned regular, the most important thing to me is making sure you feel safe, comfortable and empowered every session. My goal is always to work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that works for you and your unique situation”
Outside clinic hours you can find me lifting weights at the gym, mountain biking, trail running, skiing at Troll, hitting some Muay Thai pads, or trying new recipes!” - Nicola
